About Michael Schneider D.M.D.

Dr. Schneider graduated from U.C. San Diego with a B.A. in Economics he also completed minors in Biology and Chemistry.  Dr. Schneider received his D.M.D. (Doctor of Dental Medicine) from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston in 1987.  After graduation he returned home and passed the very difficult California Dental Boards on the first try.  In 1989 he took over a prosthetic/reconstructive practice in Westwood and proceeded to make it the foremost cosmetic/restorative office it is today.  Dr. Schneider has lectured from California to Boston sharing his expertese on cosmetics and technologically advanced dentistry.  Dr. Schneider received a faculty appointment from the University of Southern California and for a number of years taught cosmetic and restorative dentistry. Currently for over 10 years Dr. Schneider has been an associate professor in the department of Restorative Dentsitry at Tufts University.  Dr. Schneider also lectures on Radiosurgery for the Ellman Coporation. In honor of his excellent work over the years in 2004 Dr. Schneider was named to the list of  "AMERICA'S TOP DENTIST'S" by the consumer Research council.  In March of 2004 Dr. Schneider was asked to do Laser Whitening for the Academy Awards, some of the smiles you saw that night were thanks to him.   Dr. Schneider looks forward to providing you the finest dental care their is for many years to come.
